Located just to the south of the city of Hereford we are a friendly and active microlight club with good, secure facilities, including extensive CCTV coverage and a friendly membership. We operate from a 385 x 18 metre grass runway orientated 10/28.

Hangarage for Flexwings is wing-off onto a trolley, leaving the wing rigged, which can then be easily pushed outside to be rigged back onto the trike for flying. We can also accommodate a Fixed-Wing microlight although this may need to be moved in and out of the hangar on a trolley.

We have mains electricity and a nice modern clubhouse with, hot and cold water, Wi-Fi Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and there is also toilet / shower facilities attached to the clubhouse.

Flying locally we are situated in a beautiful part of the country in close proximity to the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Wye and Severn Valleys with very little controlled or restricted airspace in the vicinity of the club.

As a club from time to time we participate in organised events like Fly-UK, have club flyouts around the UK and Europe and existing club members are always willing to help newcomers and newly qualified pilots to further their experience and skills.
