3 axis microlight wanted Ax3 or similar

I'm just starting out in the hobby and looking for something I can finish my training on and to use as a first aircraft.

Looking to spend up to ?3000.
Doesn't matter if it's out of permit or needs work doing.
Ax3 or X air would be ideal but anything considered.
I'm located in Norfolk but don't mind traveling if necessary.
