Overall condition is around a 7 inside and out.Its a good looking airplane and flies great!There is no corrosion or damage history as far as we know.Complete log books,paperwork and a clean title and bill of sale.All ADs complied with. Always kept in a hangar . This is a great affordable time building airplane for someone.Feel free to test fly it with us.No joy rides though.

1,700 SMOH Continental 0-300 We are flying this airplane every week so times may change.
Annual was just done in October.All Compressions were in the mid to upper 70s,All new tubes and tires.Transponder was certified in October.

IFR Certification expired.
Engine has typical Continental oil leaks.
