Always hangered, regularly flown, very clean, well maintened. Engine is in “As new condition”, big/small end bearings checked every 50hrs and in perfect condition.

Carbs rebuilt, new fuel lines, filters, new tyres/tubes, carb heat kit, wide doors, new starter motor, battery (07/2021).

Overall, in excellent condition. Never missed a
beat. Skins are perfect.
Permit: 07/2024 - will extend to 07/2025 by agreement.
Engine hours: 450 - Hrs will change.
