1/8th Share in Piper Arrow 200 (Based at North Weald - EGSX)

Due to relocation, a share is reluctantly available in this 1969, Piper Arrow 200 aircraft. Based at North Weald, the group has a great mix of experience including a group instructor and availability is excellent all year round.

Having recently come out of an extensive annual due to upgrades, the aircraft is in excellent mechanical shape. The aircraft is maintained by General Aero Services at Thurrock. We installed a brand new Garmin GI275 EIS to monitor CHT/EGT (amongst other things) and we are regularly seeing below 300F in the hottest cylinder.

This is an opportunity to join a loved aircraft, with a friendly group of likeminded aviators.

Performance:

Generally seeing 137KTS true at 11 US gallons per hour, this is a true going place touring aircraft.

It has been to Norway, France, Belgium and Denmark in recent years. Historically it has been as far as Morocco!

About you:

Ideally you already have 100 hours total time, and a complex rating. If you do not have 100 hours total time, there is an insurance excess to pay until you reach 100 hours (approx £20-£30 per month).

Complex ratings can be done by our group instructor also.

Per Tacho Hour: £155.00 *WET*
Per Month (Standing Order): £110.00

We have not had a cash call in the four years I have been a co-owner, except to upgrade the aircraft.
